Code of Conduct

There are many laws, regulations and policies that govern and guide our work. Central to everything that we all do in the course of our business is our Code of Conduct. Our Code affirms the expectation that we will act with integrity and treat others with respect.

Our Code of Conduct is supported by policies like our Modern Slavery in Supply Chain Policy. This policy is intended to reduce the risk of Child Labour and Forced Labour within Emera New Brunswick’s (ENB) supply chains and operations. ENB does not tolerate the use of Child Labour or Forced Labour and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing systems and controls designed to reduce the risk of Child Labour or Forced Labour from taking place in ENB’s supply chains or operations.
